It was okay, spent two nights, the bed really comfy, the shower bit tiny which most of the time the water leaked to the outside. What most disturbing are. I can hear neighbors talking, crying, running in the hall. Oh, I think they need separate the lift for swimming pool and the main lift.

Baru pertama kali ke bogor tapi Ga ragu kalo menginap di harris hotel, apalagi karpet+kaca jendela besarnya tapi view nya ga sesuai request pengen view bogor malam dari harris, kasur nya nyaman, sprei nya bersih banget, bantal+guling bersih banget nyamaan, kamar mandi bersih, shower air hangat agak lama yaa, handuknya tebel bersih pula, smart tv kereen abis 👍🏻🥰 pertahankan yaa harris cibinong city mall. Ada mall nya juga seru ga susah cari makanan/cemilan.

Kami menginap pas di hari Grand Opening. Tentu saja semua interior, eksterior, fasilitas² hotelnya masih gres semua. Di kamar kami tidak ada sandal kamar, tapi selain itu semua aminities & complimentary-nya lengkap. Di kamar juga tersedia hair dryer. Kekurangan di kamarnya juga antara lain belum ada penunjuk arah shalat, tidak ada menu resto, serta daftar fasilitas spanya. Jadi untuk pesan makanan & minuman masih harus manual. Pesan langsung ke restonya lalu nanti makan minumnya diantar ke kamar. Waktu menunggu makan minumnya pun masih lumayan lama, kurleb ½ jam lebih baru sampai di kamar makan minumnya. Kolam renangnya airnya bersih & jernih. Bau kaporitnya tidak bikin sakit kepala waktu kecium. Semoga ke depannya bisa ditambahkan minimal sliding agar anak² semakin happy waktu bermain airnya. Untuk sarapannya menunya cukup variatif. Ada Indonesian & western. Makanan berat sampai snack, dan minuman²nya juga not bad. Worth to try. Anak-anak kami juga sempat bermain di kids club-nya. Ruangannya lumayan spacy namun waktu habis sarapan kami kesana ACnya tidak menyala. Jadi gerah sekali di dalam ruangannya. Semoga ke depannya harris hotel & convention cibinong citu bogor dapat menambahkan kids activity minimal di weekend. Intinya, kami senang & puas selama menginap di sini. Hotel ini sesuai dengan yang dideskripsikan dengan banyak orang yang sudah pernah menginap di sini, hotelnya bagus, kamar bersih, toilet bersih, kolam renang dan restoran bersih semua dan wangi dari saat kita masuk ke lobi serta pelayananya baik semua, tapi ada sedikit kendala dengan petugas parkir mall perihal biaya parkir dengan menunjukkan struknya saja tidak bisa, sebelumnya kami sudah koordinasi dengan pihak receptionist pada saat check ini dan nanti hanya menunjukkan saja struk untuk parkirnya, tapi pada akhirnya kami dkenakan biaya untuk parkir juga untuk semalam oleh petugas parkir di Mall CCM 😄 overall untuk Hotelnya the best 👍.

Kamar nya bagus interior nya. Bersih ac dingin makanan enak gampang kalo kemana-mana karena dibawah nya mall kyknya bakal balik lagi sih kesini hehehe.
