The room smells stuffy and the walls are dirty like a room that was never occupied. People who can't afford it just don't want to sleep in that room! So I cancel stay here and find another hotel!

The rooms are dirty, the air conditioner is not cold, the exhaust fan doesn't work, the WC lights are dead, the smell is musty. The receptionist service is far from professional. There are no hotel employees, many cobwebs in the walls are chipped. Uncomfortable and the worst experience I experienced at this hotel 😭

Only 1 hour check-in immediately checked out again because the condition of the room was dirty and damp and the most severe in the toilet there was still a taik.

The room was stuffy, dusty and there was a cobweb, AC was lousy ... the room didn't seem to have been cleaned before being offered to the customer, the sink was also leaking
