The service is really good, asked for a non-smoking room but at night smelled cigarette smoke from another room and continued to complain to the receptionist, the room was immediately changed to a room that didn't smell of cigarette smoke at all, thank you, sahid, hopefully it can be crowded again like before covid.

Spacious room, fast check-in time. It's just that the food is a bit less varied, yes (not like the food in other 5-star hotels). It's like that, it's a bit difficult to find a table, it's all full. In front of the Bengawan solo cafe, there are a lot of people's food scraps that have not been cleaned. So an eyesore. Maybe it can be considered again for the hotel management.

Semakin Suka deh nginap di Grand Sahid ini, fasilitas nya semakin bagus dan banyak.. Dekat dengan area kongkow juga,,jadi gak bosen meskipun berhari-hari nginep di sini.

I really enjoyed staying at the Sahid Hotel, from check-in to check-out it was smooth and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and the rooms are large and the breakfast is very varied.
