Kami menginap 2 malam dan terkesan dengan fasilitas hotel yang nyaman dan mewah. Kingsize bed nya benar-benar nyaman dan kamar sangat bersih. Kami mendapatkan view sunset dan sunrise memuaskan di hari pertama. Sayangnya karena ada jadwal maintenance di lantai kami (19 fl), kami diminta pindah ke lantai 20 di hari berikut dan menyebabkan kami harus packing dan unpacking lagi barang-barang kami. Di kamar yang berbeda kami hanya mendapatkan view sunset saja. Semoga ke depannya lebih teliti lagi menjadwalkan perbaikan terutama yang mengharuskan tamu pindah kamar.

Karena hotel baru si masih terlihat kaku, apalagi malam liburan long weekend resepsionis hanya 1 lama untuk check in, selebihnya ya lumayan lah

Lobby ada di lantai 5. Pada saat saya check in, tidak ada petugas yang membantu membawakan barang. Jalan di area parkir sempit. Mall belum beroperasi, tapi terbayang sulitnya mendapat parkir pada saat mall sudah beroperasi. Kondisi hotel masih baru (opening November 2023), kamar luas dan bersih. Anak saya senang dengan kondisi kamar, dan minta tahun depan menginap lagi di sini.
