The air conditioner was constantly on, until it arrived from 4 in the morning until check-out every 5 minutes, the air conditioner was constantly on, not because of the remote AC but the AC was broken.

Anyway, don't hesitate to book at Bonzela anymore. Sofa never disappoints, towels and toiletries are complete, smell good, clean. Cooking equipment is also available. Good service, friendly. My experience at Bonzela for cheap and nice everything. And you don't need to use a deposit, just sat set sat set. As for the admin, there's a lot of room availability in the application, so it's always running out 😌 anyway, Bonzela is a great gang.

It's comfortable, there's a fridge, you get 2 bottles of drinking water, toiletries, there's a kitchen, it's clean, the AC is cold, it smells good, the hot water runs, it's really good & really a recommendation. There's only one drawback, namely the spring bed is not soft, the iron feels, it's not comfortable to sleep, it seems like it needs to be replaced.

Overall All good, towels get 2. Only the soap is very small. Which is enough for a bath. I've asked for more soap but it's not delivered. In the end I bought it myself. In the future, please provide a medium bottle of soap in the bathroom.
