Very bad, the room is very noisy "you know what I mean". I was shocked when I arrived and it turned out that the building was part of the club. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep haha. The room was dirty. I went out again and didn't want to continue staying overnight.

The hotel lobby is very hot, there is a central air conditioner but it doesn't work at all. The room has many cracked walls, the bathtub is rusty, the receptionist can't differentiate between queen and twin rooms, the room is not known to have been cleaned or not but is very dirty, there are fake nails, I don't know whose, the bathtub still has a lot of hair

Overall satisfied staying here. When I arrived it was a bit late, around 10am if I'm not mistaken. The reception was empty. But it took a long time for someone to show up, then I was asked for my ID card and a 200k deposit but the ID card was returned. To access the elevator to go up, you need an access card, if you go down you don't need one. It's pretty good for security. It turns out there's a bar, so the noise in the lobby is really loud. Got a room on the 9th floor.

bathroom: soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, 2 towels (laundry scent), 2 slippers, mats, hot water works, sink, bathtub, bidet and closet work. The bathroom is clean.
The mattress is very soft, clean.
There's a cupboard, safe, electric kettle, 2 glasses, coffee, sugar, tea.
Anyway, I'm pretty satisfied.
Oh yes, a note for those who want to stay here or anywhere, try to video the room first when you want to enter (check-in) and when you want to leave (check-out) to anticipate unwanted things.

Got the first bedroom with full of cockroach literally in every corner, bedroom, bathroom, floors. They get me another room and somehow it still the same.
Cockroaches walking here and there, worst experience of mine staying in a hotel.
Dusty floors and tables, stained bedsheets, no soaps but 2 shampoos, cracked walls.
Also knowing the rooms like this, im wondering whats the kitchen look like? Not gonna believe that its clean. No offense and i know that this is a 3 stars hotel, but isnt cleanliness is a basic standard?
Couldnt even sleep, waken up every 2 hours scaring a cockroach will walk on my face.

The location of the hotel is far from any access, not recommended for families, especially children, the sound of the bar below is quite disturbing at night, for the cleanliness, and the service by the good staff. Just to stop by overnight in case of emergency

Check in for only 1 hour then go out again, the lobby smells of old things, the room blankets are limp with dust and holes, the towels look like they've been used, the AC doesn't work properly. A total of 680 thousand just went up in smoke. The hotel feels really bad, it feels like a horror. The smell of mold, the smell of old men, the smell of musty, there's no fragrance at all.

The hotel rate compared to the facilities is not balanced, there are many other more decent hotel options with this rate: the sheets and pillowcases are dull brown in color and look unclean, the bathroom and facilities are outdated. There is no shower cap. Breakfast is not a buffet, you can only choose 1 type of food, you are offered a menu like in a food stall. This hotel is highly not recommended.
