Forgot to take the room picture 😅 the stay was quite nice. The room is clean, the staff is really friendly but for the hotel that big, it would be nicer if they have more staffs to help us carry the luggage and I wish there were more info about the activities in the hotel.

Comfortable hotel with affordable price in Gili T. I stayed with family here and all staff was friendly. But be prepared for anti mosquito lotions at night. Especially on rainy days, many mosquitoes will comes to your room

The TV does not work (Management said that so we could just enjoy Gili T), mid service as it looks like they are underemployed. Clean room & toilet & pretty convenient, if you book a room of 2 for 3 people you will be charged 100k per night (without extra bed) or 250k per night (with extra bed), as its location is a bit far from the Harbour (by walk) calling out an andong (a horse transportation Gili) took us 30 minutes for the hotel to call it for us. There is a bike rental place in front & a good recommendation is to just travel with bike around the island.

Check in time we waited until 2 hours delay cause room not yet ready, television not working, the pool and restorant also very far, not the same experience back in 2017. Nowadays badly.

Overall the hotel was nice (altought a lil bit far from harbour), have a large pool, dj, good restaurant and good ambience. But the staff on arrival (1st day) isn't so helping. Also they give expat a welcome drink, but they didn't give us (maybe because we're local guest?) 😭 and the room is not so clean (still have sand from previous guest).

The WiFi doesn't work really well, there is no TV in the room, there is no cellular signal in this area, the hot water is limited. Other than that, the experience was great. The hula restaurant is the best. The hotel surrounding is peacefull. Overall experience was ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Could be better, but all employee is an internship so they can't communicate very well😣 such a shame with the price but the service is very low. Room was okay nothing to complain just day 2 the water heater isn't working🙃 I ordered cocktail and it was so watery no taste alcohol. Again the internship didn't know how to solved the problem. Was so thirsty and expected to have good cocktail but d*** its hard
