Quiet and clean as well as neat, will always be a customer at this hotel. The recipe for the service is pretty good. And sorry when checking in, please try to give the tissue, okay. thanks. God Bless for Fave Hotel.

The room floor was dirty, the soap dish was broken but not replaced, the bed cover was dirty, the pillowcase didn't seem to have been replaced because it had dirty stains. Regarding cleanliness, please improve it further, because for the size of a favehotel it should be more than that. The key also couldn't open the room, it took a very long time to call the receptionist until I finally went down to the lobby again and the reason was that there was no one there.
