Encim Gendut

The rooms are comfortable, clean and fragrant, the service is also good, the guards are friendly and very helpful during my stay. The place is also unique in front there is a home cooking canteen. Feels like at home. I ordered deluxe with Mas Heri and Mas Ridwan was upgraded to an extra one and was given this free iced tea for me, great service, thank you. See you next time Encim Fat.

Dengan harga segitu cukup terjangkau, staff juga ramah-ramah.

Sebagai traveler jujur saya dan istri sangat kecewa dengan staycation kami di Encim Gendut. Kami digigit semut merah berukuran sekitar hampir 1 centimer yang ada di kasur. Setelah itu kami pikir hanya 1 semut, tapi selang brapa menit entah dari mana muncul lagi semut serupa di lantai. Lalu saya matikan dengan sepatu. Eh muncul lagi semut lain, begitu terus sampai ada puluhan semut yang saya foto. Saya cek bawah ranjang sangat kotor berdebu. Saya cek jendela mungkin terbuka jadi semut masuk, dan kaget saya lihat engsel jendela tidak berfungsi alias jebol, khawatirlah saya ada orang bisa masuk apalagi di sebelah jendela itu balkon. Saya terjaga tidak bisa tidur menjaga lelapnya istri saya agar dia aman dalam tidur, hingga jam 3 subuh akhirnya saya udah tidak tahan ngantuk dan tepar. Tengah malam itu saya sudah Whatsapp resepsionis hostel yang menyambut baik kami siang tadi. Besoknya pas check out saya kaget ada banyak sisa bekas makanan di dekat pintu masuk kamar. Kami duga mungkinkah kamar-kamar di atas ini disewakan bulanan? Karena kalo traveler tidak mungkin jorok menaruh makanan dekat kamar tamu lain. Saya sangatlah dirugikan dan trauma dengan kejadian semalam. Semoga owner Encim Gendut bisa cek rutin kondisi kamar agar tidak asal percaya pegawai yang membersihkan kamar. Bagi kami melayani adalah pelayanan yang mulia. Semoga hal ini direspon oleh owner dan manajemen agar hospitality lebih baik lagi ke depan.

Alhamdulillah, the Encim Gendut accommodation is very comfortable. Plus access to lodging locations close to everywhere makes it easier for us to travel. Right in front of the inn there is a mosque. So every time the call to prayer is heard, it feels like home. The staff are also friendly (even recommending tourist attractions 😁👍). Good job to Encim Gendut, Mas Heri and also Bang Kiki. If I go to Lampung again, God willing, I will stay at Encim Gendut again 👍.

Recommend lodging in the middle of Bandar Lampung city, every time you go to Lampung you definitely stay here. Very worth it, love it.
