I stayed 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) - the first day the air conditioner only had a blower and leaked room 21, room 26 next to it also leaked. - The 2nd day moved to room 31, asking to move was difficult to ask forgiveness even though we brought a baby. - Day 3rd asked to clean the room at 14.05, the cleaning service didn't want to because it was past cleaning time. Thank you D'Paragon management for services like this.

Baru pertama kali nginap di sini, karena mau ke Jakarta Eye Center Kedoya, cari yang terdekat, dengan harga di bawah 300 ribu, kamar bersih, AC dingin, air bersih, ada TV, kulkas dan style kamarnya kekinian, untuk eksteriornya bersih juga dan parkiran luas, cari makanan dekat. Check in nya harus via web tapi worth it banget, thanks ya.

Menginap 2 hari pada tanggal 7 dan 8 Maret 2023, pada kamar no. 9, untuk keseluruhan kamar bersih, nyaman, tapi untuk kamar no. 9 AC bocor, kemudian air panasnya tidak berfungsi, AC agak bau dan kotor. Tolong diperbaiki segera. Terima kasih.

Tidak recommended, kamar bau sepiteng sangat menyengat, tidur jadi tidak nyenyak terganggu bau kamar mandi. Lampu kamar tidak nyala, sudah lapor dari awal check-in bahkan sampai perpanjang check-in 2 malam tidak juga diganti lampunya. Bad service, bad attitude receptionist, Kamar tidak dibersihkan.

Always choose this hotel if I need to go for medical check up in Siloam Hospital because it is the closest, used to love and like this accommodation. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleanliness now is getting poor, such a stain sheets with some hairs, water not heating up, the check in process little bit hassle now because you need to fill up the check in form yourself online and it takes time, love to love the old D'Paragon system.
