The location is ok because it's in the center of the city. I got affordable price when I booked on Traveloka (around 150k-ish). But a bit confused when I visited Grand Palace, because so many hotels and different towers. The staff isn't friendly and he didn't give us any towels when we asked, he didn't come at all to our room! No mineral water in the room and no towels, that's so bad. No mini shampoo and soap, only 2 brushes and 1 toothpaste. Linen on the bed is quite dirty. There's only one lamp that works well in the room, I don't know why they took off other lamps. Wifi is f*ck*d up. The good stuff here are that we can watch the city view from the window, the AC works well, a big wardrobe and a work table.

The room feels like it has never been stayed by anyone before. The bed sheets are so dirty and have stains, the bathroom also stinks, for such a price it's really not worth it, please fix the problem.

Strategic location but the rooms are poorly maintained. The curtains are almost off, the bed linen is dirty, the bathroom floor is cracked. Then what really disappointed me was the very slow service of the staff. I was locked in the room because the apartment door was blown by a big wind but the staff did not respond quickly and left me locked for almost 30 minutes. Also disturbed all night by the sound of the big wind outside the window.

Be safe from here! But I've been with the male receptionist who is on duty at night, not at all friendly, I've got a deluxe double bed room paid via TF. But the guys said they weren't ready. Then, if you want to have a deluxe but the AC is broken, don't say so, just be persistent. As a result given a twin! Plus the room is really not worth using! The bathroom is destroyed, the floor is cracked, the TV is broken, there is no broadcast! Didn't expect the room to be that dirty and not that great. When I entered, I immediately saw that the mattress, pillows, etc. were in a condition like they hadn't been replaced, the room smelled of cigarettes and the floor was really dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned.
