From entering the lobby, it was already stuffy and had AC. Central in the lobby does not turn on, asked why is it dead? The answer is it's turned off! What a surprising answer to me! When you enter the room you get a non-smoking room but in fact it is stuffy and smells of cigarettes, the air conditioner in the room doesn't work aka it's not cold and the sheets are dirty! Overall really do not recommend! If you order, you'd better see the review first.

Kamar sangat kotor dan bau apek berdebu, saya langsung bersin bersin dan hidung bengkak. (seperti yang bisa dilihat difoto) sprei dan bed cover penuh dengan noda, bahkan bed cover ‘berlendir’. Nakas di samping kasur lembab dan sangat kotor, kamar mandi seperti yang bisa di lihat, handuk sangat kotor. Saya sudah telepon resepsionis minta ganti kamar/ dibersihkan kamarnya. Tapi ternyata masih menggunakan sprei yang kotor, bahkan bantal pun tidak diganti. Saya sangat kecewa dan memutuskan untuk check out. Tapi ternyata kami diharuskan mengikhlaskan uang kami, dikarenakan uang menginap 2 malam ini tidak bisa direfund. Pengalaman terburuk.

AC outdoor unit is poorly placed, when someone smokes somewhere, the second hand smoke got into the room and fume quickly fills the space for few minutes.
