Not disappointing but unsatisfactory. (-) We weren't given sandals, our toothbrushes weren't replaced even though we stayed 3 nights, the clerk didn't greet us when we arrived, instead of smiling and greeting we looked away even more. You won't smile if you don't smile first. The sheets don't seem to have been replaced because there is a musty smell that doesn't taste good. There is a parking attendant and it doesn't help if you don't give money. (+) The room is very spacious for a standard room size, all room facilities function properly, the room is comfortable although not soundproof, the hot water is good, the interior and exterior are good, the hotel's position is in a complex area so it's not noisy with the sound of vehicles.
