Dirty and chef didn't ready. No lift

The aircon was broken in the first room we got, we asked to change the room and the room we got after that was just the same, the aircon was broken when we were asleep so it was so hot.

Included breakfast was only one slice of white bread with jam. Hotel is not clean.

Room was not clean and had damaged furniture, there was also no window. Breakfast was very minimalistic, they ordered some cold rice and noodles from a place outside when we told them that plain toast is not enough. AC and shower was good.

My family and I had a pleasant stay here at My Homestay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is very strategic, easy access to the main road and other tourist and foodie places. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and colleagues.

How come you've paid but the hotel refuses to let you stay?

Very bad, only the water is good.
