Ac Bocor terus, air panas gak hangat, untuk kamar bersih, pas dateng sabun kosong cuma ada shampo.

I request for early check in but they couldn't do it even though I have seen in the lobby so many guests doing their check out. I request for 1 large bed for 2 (two) bedrooms and high floor also. They couldn't comply it. They were said didn't know about it even though I got mail that hotel already acknowledged about my special request. Before they promised me to 7th floor but actually they give me 5th floor.

Everything is good, but the room 's carpet at the suites room needs improvement, should be well cleaned or need replacement, thank you.

Lumayan untuk transit sebentar ketika dalam perjalanan mudik. Kamar cukup besar, kasur nyaman, namun sayang eternit banyak noda hitam hitam seperti lembab/bocor. Ac bocor sehingga air menetes ke lantai. Untung cuma stay 1 malam.

Amazed sama sarapannya, mewah dan variatif banget utk hotel bintang 4.

Easy for check-in and cozy. But just info, need to improve TV channel.

Room is still new, clean and equipped with smart TV. Breakfast variation is good.

Many excited attractions for kids.
