1. The room: room not really as expected. Wrecking matress that makes noisy sound, tarnishes pillow on bed and sofa, no curtain or blinds given the fact that the unit facing east, once the sun shines the room is practically to bright to sleep. 2. The faciility. Tv only hace one channel that is wathable, cable dpn't work, ac mas weird setting that can't be changed, it blows strong occasionly. Wifi fine. 3. The service. Check in procdure quite long, you requesred to fill in form that can't be filed cause it was send as a picture (silly) and they skip that and hold your id ians deposit 100k instead. Check out, it is quite weird that they don't have cash to return the deposit and asked for your bank account to transfer back the deposit. First off all bank accouny is personal data second you left the property unsettled. They transferred the deposit though in about 2 hours or so. My rexommendation is only get rhis room in you have no other option, there are still many budget hotel that is nicer even at lower price.

For good agent staff. Only the room huhuhu like the one in the picture. So this is a book for a friend. But instead I didn't sleep, asked for a change of bed cover from the start to enter the room but didn't deliver it until check out and finally rented it just to put my bag. His friend sleeps in our room. Guess according to the picture. Even though yesterday at another agent there was one that was cheaper just because it looked good, we chose by Aok property. Hopefully it can be an evaluation. For fast response staff, easy check-in.

Admin is not clear communication. I checked in at 9pm, still waiting for an hour to prepare a room (where are these rules) even though check-in had started at 12 noon. Between the admin and field officers there is no clear communication. The room is so dirty. The sheets make it itchy. Kapok not anymore.

Staff ok, cuma fasilitas dalamnya kurang memadai, selimut juga ada bercak kayak tidak di cuci, begitupun handuknya bau. Galon tidak di ganti-ganti padahal udah di depan pintu

So far the room is good clean. But it's a shame you don't provide drinking water.

There is no dispenser, only gallons. The fridge is dead, the bathroom door can't be closed, the air conditioner isn't cold at all. There is no feeling of wind. Very unfriendly service. Very messed up 😑.

Pelayanan cepet, bagus tempatnya asik deket banget sama akses keluar parkiran.

Tempatnya nyaman banget, fasilitas lengkap harga bersahabat. Lokasi sangat strategis. Cocok banget buat tempat staycation bareng teman ataupun keluarga.

Pelayanan sangat baik dan bagus.
