Assirot Residence

This is my first time to book a hotel which is very disappointing. The employees also have no ethics at all.

I paid an extra 85k even though on Traveloka there was nothing written for an additional fee. and not provided such as soap and mineral water.

Facilities do not match what is stated in the app.
