Hotel Pangrango seems to be an old luxury hotel within walking distance from Kebun Raya Bogor (around 7 minutes walk to gate 3). I come for check-in at Saturday night, and the process is fast. The elevator is very small, might only be enough for 2 people + baggage. Our room (superior twin) is very spacious, the flooring is fully wood that kind of feel strange to be walked on. And they didn't give slippers so you need to bear with it. Also not much electric socket (none in bed table) so better to bring additional socket plug. Their toilet seems to be just renovated (feels different compared to their room design), with very spacious shower room. I feel the westafel very high even for me (165 cm), and the water tap doesn't fit (I'm afraid it gonna broke when I use it). For shower, the water is just warm, and there's some smell from the water in shower. Oh, you also need to ask receptionist for hair dryer if you need it. Check out process is also fast, though the reception asked me whether I put deposit during check in (?). Overall it's just enough if you need cheap inn near Kebun Raya Bogor.

Bad service is great, nothing disappoints. It's crazy how management briefs its employees. Really recommend! Location is also downtown. If there is sustenance, I will come back again.

The location is very strategic, near the botanical garden, also close to the station, in the evening when you are hungry, just cross & walk. The hotel facilities are very complete, the service is satisfying and most importantly the prices are very affordable. Very recommended already.

An old hotel that has been upgraded, so it is very comfortable, spacious, feels relieved, not less competitive than new hotels, the rooms are very spacious + clean + smell good. Far from expectations, better in real than in the photo.

The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Big cupboard, there is a small fridge too. Electric kettle with coffee and tea. The bathroom is also clean minus the hairdryer. Friendly employees. The most delicious food is soto ayam. The blanket is torn, the AC is cold.

Location: okay. Service: good and fast response. Room cleanliness: cute. Swimming pool: ok. Unfortunately the ac is not cold enough. Then order a cappuccino. The price is 34 thousand nett. I swear it doesn't taste good. It's really not delicious. Even with coffee sachets, coffee sachets are even better. It's really disappointing. How can you sell coffee like that?

+ For deluxe rooms according to the photo. Very spacious at that price to get a living room and bathtub, my favorite. The view of the mountains is like in the photo, the window glass is clean. Very friendly service, we checked out a bit late because we prayed but it wasn't charged. - The rooms are not soundproof. While staying there was a dangdutan outside that was heard until the room until 2 am. Breakfast is just ordinary for a hotel of this class.

It is strategically located in the center of Bogor city, just crossing Jalan Lodaya with lots of culinary delights. When you enter the lobby it smells great, check in is fast, the room has decent facilities, there is a small refrigerator, but unfortunately the room is dusty. The rest is worth it at the price of 400

It's fun to stay here, easy access because it's on the side of the road, the rooms are also big, only the bathtub needs to be repaired in room 116 because the water won't go down. The warm water is still okay even though sometimes it's warm and sometimes it's cold again, hehe. Then the most dangerous thing is that the room window can't be locked, so I'm a bit afraid to leave the room for a long time. The sliding window lock was broken and had to be repaired, the breakfast menu was still okay even though it was a weekday but it was quite complete, including the main menu, chicken porridge, black sticky rice, bread and also vegetable ketupat. Thanks, Grand Pangrango and online agent. All employees are kind and responsive. This is the 2nd time staying here. Satisfied with the price and facilities provided. 👍 next time I want to come back here just for a staycation or healing healing.
