ARTOTEL Casa Kuningan

Good hotel, good service in South Jakarta.

Turns out this was puri denpasar hotel, bathroom smell bad but interior and breakfast was amazing, thank you artotel.

One thing for sure, I will be back soon. The hotel is clean and the interior is really cool, don't ask for the location, it's close to everywhere.

Nice stay. Comfy hotel. Unfortunately, Casa Artotel is indeed surrounded by building construction. So it's noisy, but still normal.

Disadvantages of this hotel. 1. The swimming pool area has lots of mosquitoes. 2. The hotel is not family friendly because the swimming pool area is small and there are no children's play area facilities. 3. The male receptionist is a bit dirty. 4. Don't take breakfast yourself. More are provided by the hotel like a restaurant. 5. The room area is really narrow. 6. There is building work so it's quite noisy. 7. Small car parking area. 8. Only given 1 room key. So it's quite difficult to go anywhere if the children are in the room. 9. Give 1 soap and shampoo like toothpaste packaging. So it's very little for the capacity of 2 people if you take a shower 2 times. 10. Female restaurant waitresses with long hair but not wearing employee uniforms eating the restaurant manager in the afternoon when swimming dirty. Confused about going to the wet room in the elevator. But if you want to change clothes in the swimming pool area, you are not given rinse facilities and a rinse bathroom. 11. The hotel entrance area door is not automatic. When we open it ourselves, it feels like opening the door of Indomaret being pushed and pulled. 12. Go to the elevator using the room key access. So because you are given 1 room key access it is rather difficult to go anywhere. 13. The pillows in the room are a bit hard. The advantages of this hotel. 1. New building. 2. Close to Jakarta's Kuningan area. 3. The male restaurant waiter on May 1, 2023 was very kind and friendly. Suggestions if you want to take your family for a better staycation, go to Artotel Mangkuluhur Gatot Subroto. This hotel is more appropriate for teenagers to hangout because there is a bar. Not worth it to bring family or vacation with small children.

Kamar bagus dan modern, suka design nya selalu dengan artotel, amneties oke dan mini bar juga lengkap dengan kopi kapsul, sayang sekali makanan ada yang non halal (pork), walaupun dikonfirmasi oleh restauran bahwa dapurnya terpisah tetap saja kurang nyaman bagi yang muslim makan di restoran yang ada babinya. I stay after medical control due to surgery for few days, and I'm very satisfied. The Staff dan the room make you feel at home, so kind and very comfortable.

I have a good time staying at artotel casa Kuningan. Room decoration is unique & cozy (Studio 28) and the service were great. The staff is friendly, food is good, and room is super clean & comfy.
