The service is very good π especially the FO section, tonight was the first time staying at the Artotel Casa Cikarang Hotel & got a free upgrade to the room with a bathtub, thank you Sis Dwi for your service π good luck always Artotel Casa Cikarang π

My husband and I really enjoyed the staycation at Artotel Casa Cikarang because the smart TV has been able to go for a walk in the afternoon because there is jogging tracking, only the swimming pool cannot be used because it will still be repaired maybe. Hopefully later can stop by here again with a nice swimming pool. Thank You.

The rooms are comfortable. Delicious food. It's just a shame that cleanliness is lacking. Under the dusty bed, there are used bottles and used sandals. On the floor there are ants. There were also ants in the bathroom sink. Red Ant. With great hope, we hope that the cleanliness of the rooms will be given more attention considering that the rooms are comfortable and the hotel is still relatively new. Thank youπ

Pengalaman mengesankan menginap di Artotel Casa Cikarang. Hotel baru dengan kamar bersih dan nyaman. Kamar cukup luas dengan design homey bikin betah di dalamnya. Ada sofa dan meja fungsional, AC dingin, kulkas dingin, lemari tersedia laci penyimpanan yang banyak dan fungsional. Kamar mandi bagus aesthetic dengan toiletries standar Artotel. Point plus lain kamar ada balkon dengan view danau buatan. Pelayanan staff nya ramah dan helpful dan sangat mendengarkan masukan dari tamu. Untuk makan sahur bisa diantar ke kamar. Hanya satu yang mungkin bisa diperbaiki tempat parkir kendaraan area terbuka, sebaiknya dibuatkan pelindung dari panas dan hujan. Overall recommended untuk staycation di sini. Sukses Artotel Casa Cikarang.

Hotel nyaman yang pernah ditemui, masih baru juga hotelnya. Bersih tidak ada debu, spacenya luas, lemarinya banyak, aesthetic semuanyaa. Dengan fasilitas bathtub dan sarapan harganya terjangkau sekali, sarannya menu sarapannya bisa lebih bervariasi lagi untuk rotinya, bisa ditambah salad buah dan lain-lainnya. Terima kasih π.
