Ambience kamar nya gk dapat. Hny untuk tdr saja OK.

Pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Lokasi sangat strategis di jalan utama. Kuliner pun dekat ada warung tenda biru. Sangat baik untuk transit. Yang bisa ditingkatkan kebersihan toilet dan tipe bantal.

Menginap saat high season, jadi pasti ratesnya lebih mahal dibanding hari biasa. Tapi gpp krn kamar cukup nyaman, fasilitas cukup lengkap, hanya kurang suka bentuk wastafelnya yg kotak, bisa bikin basah baju.

The hotel was good. However, my experience with the staffs weren't satisfying. I entrusted my birthday cake with the staffs to be put in the hotel 's refrigerator because the refrigerator in my room was too small. I just ate a piece of it. When it came back to me, there was only a piece left. I intended to eat it with my friends, but it became too small to be eaten for one person. It was okay if the staffs ate it unintentionally. I was also willing to give the cake. Yet, at least the receptionists or the front staffs should've informed me about it.

My room's cleanliness was very good though. Everything was neat & clean. It was spacious too, as always from Harris Hotel. It was just my bad luck that the family staying right across the hallway was very, very noisy. Just this one family lol, the other rooms on my left & right were dead silent. I also love that they had a dessert & salad bar now in the lobby! Surprisingly with very affordable prices. The staffs’ professional service & friendliness also impressed me! I asked for a trolley before checking out & they immediately sent it to my room. The gym was very beautiful, especially at night. You can work out while overlooking the beautiful city lights. Unfortunately, in the morning, some idiots decided to bring their children here to PLAY, hogging the equipments & running around like baboons. Apparently they couldn't read the ‘no kids under 10’ rules written in bold orange letters on the gym wall. Weird decision from the parents too, knowing there was a spacious Kid's Club right across the hallway. And it took the staff in charge almost 45 mins to notice this chaos.

Lokasi dekat dengan pusat kota. Hotel asri, nyaman, tidak berisik, kamar luas, wangi, dan bersih. Tapi ada bagian lemari yg berdebu shgg saya masih perlu bersihkan dan pembuangan air kamar mandi agak mampet jadinya sempat menggenang ketika mandi karena pelan ngalirnya. Sy pesan 2 kamar, kamar yg 1 sabun habis dan TV mati lalu saya panggil staff dan staff langsung membantu. So far so good untuk hotel low budget inii 👍.

Kamarnya bersih, karpetnya kotor, bantalnya terlalu tinggi, tidak begitu comfort. Masalah breakfast, ternyata cuman bisa pilih paket, lalu pilih yg menu kedua, (3 makanan) setelah nunggu agak lama, muncul nih buburnya, setelah itu Uda ga ada apa2 lagi, nunggu sekitar 15 menit masih ga muncul apa2, bener2 mengecewakan, buang2 waktu banget,

Great stay with Riyadi Palace. Staff was very helpful especially miss nika from reception. Outstanding service 👏.
