Located just next to Jogja City Mall, this is a convenient hotel to stay in Jogja, You can just walk in to the mall if you want to shop or have lunch. Room is nice, breakfast has many variety of foods. it mostly occupied during the weekend. It really worth stay!

We love staying here. We booked 3 family rooms with river view for 2 nights. The room is spacious and comfortable. Terrace is relaxing with a view of a pond full of lotus and fish. Breakfast is nice with so much choices of food and beverage, including herbal drink! Our kids take the batik's lesson after breakfast then swimming. Then we rent a bike and scooter too. Service is also good and friendly.

One of reccomended guest house to stayed and having rest after the trip. They have spacy room, quiet environment, and clean enough. Their staffs are helpful and humble. There is no portal arround guest area, also located in front of musholla. Their offer friendly rate so will be best fit for saving your budget trip!

The room was dark, dirty and smelly. Only has a small blanket. The next morning, when my son flushed the toilet, then the toilet content overflowed. I couldn't take it anymore and decided to check out early. Hopefully, the hotel management can improve the quality of the room.

Pros:+ location is great, particularly when one has some business to attend to at UGM.+ price is relatively affordable.+ friendly staff. Cons:- hotel is not well maintained, this is particulary evident in the bathroom.- shower was not working properly: the hot/cold water seems only to produce either hot water or cold water, and no temperature in between, the water did not even flow during"rush hour"when most guests are taking showers.
