The staff truly made this stay! From the warm welcome at reception to the helpful housekeeping crew, everyone went above and beyond. They answered all my questions with a smile and offered local recommendations that made my trip even better.

One of the most relax hotel and very convenience to go to the food place.

Good services, good facilities, good place to stay overnight.

Location is an very short car trip or ojek or bajaj to kelapa gading mall or Mal artha gading near the bypass. Was a nice descent breakfast with eggs, indonesian food, coffee, nice fruits, few options of bread. Room was nice, clean, neat, aircondition was good (first day was not, then I complaint to the front desk, immediately fixed and then super nice cold and clean! Meaning service was very good! Taxi was always available in very nearby area, so taxi always comes quick. Hotel food was too expensive for those kind of food. Massage was just regular, need good training message. Otherwise, all is good and perfectly nice. Thank you so munch.
