Cheap Hotels in Harmoni, Central Jakarta

Pertama nyoba disini, masuk lobby staff ramah, lobby bersih, lift cepat ke tujuan, kamar lumayan luas, bersih, dan ranjang nya bikin pules tidur … yg paling penting istirahat tenang … ac dingin, kamar mandi OK, overall semua OK, bakal balik lagi sih kesini, karena nyaman kamar nya … breakfast makanan variatif, byk pilihan dan rasa nya enak semua, thank you ….

The room was comfortable, spacious and clean with complete amenities. The price was competitive with great location. What we like most was the breakfast- tasty, lots of options. Generally we were very satisfied. Thanks.

Good view rooms, fast check in dan check out. Nice food varieties. Good location. CLEAN. Its a nice staycation during new year eve.

Upon check in I have to wait about 20 minutes more less as the staff is nowhere to be found. A person comes and never apologizes for the waiting. Regular check in proceed ID and ask for deposit I plan to stay 4 days via app and the property doesn't give refund option. Now I know why. The lobby looks dusty and not typical rental industry. The idea of capsule is interesting however compare to bobobox, this property is far behind. Cleanliness is number 1 I must say but the linen stain in the room and unbelievable bathroom with no water make me want to move. And yes I did move to other hotel with more value but worth it. As a guest whatever the budget is, we do not want to face a simple problem! A property that functions our needs as a traveler. The owner property should know better the problem of his/her business. As a lot of competition out there. For online agent, you need to filter the property that you want to sell. As somehow a refund option should be granted to ensure this kind of issue does not just let go. To summarize I will come back to other hotel if I am looking for the capsule experience.
