5 Stars Hotels in East Siantar, Pematangsiantar

My experience was quite nice, the only concern about it was. The management should have their own area for staff to breakfast (I don't know about the other meals like lunch or dinner) somewhere in kitchen or some room. Because I've seen them taking part of breakfast in the same area of the guest in the restaurant which I'd never seen that in other hotels. Other than that was OK.

Hotel Clean and. All staff friendly. Good. Water closet pressure was too high, keep bit lower 🙂.

When I came there, nothing good service in operator and the number of application in map no good, it is very bad for customer so I had to move the hotel to take rest.

I never get the weird services as this such one. They ask me to wait for checking-in since this hotel can't get my reservation data. After that, this hotel gave a room with rest room that can't flush. They move to other room eventually. Before it, they let me know that I am a guest without breakfast. Then I reply to them, that I don't ask for breakfast as you can see it from my reservation. The staff then reply to me with words, "Just to make sure that you know, you don't have a breakfast coupon." Huhhh.... This kind of service really me feel weird.

Clean. There is hot water. The AC is cold. If you go to Siantar again. Very recommended.

The guard is not there, contact WA first then come. Sheets & pillowcases are not clean / smelly. The owner needs to monitor.

Staff hotel ramah, lokasi/lingkungan sekitar hotel tenang, kebersihan hotel oke.
