All staff members were very polite and acomodating even though the late hours we checked in, there are issues regarding room maintenance (especially bathrooms) where it seems some rooms just aren't bring well kept enough to be an enjoyable stay, but they staff ' s quick response and polite attitude really makes up for the lackies. Wish you all a very warm future.

Nice rooms. All utilities worked fine. I don't try the foods tho.

Don't have a water cooker and other complimentary like a coffee or tea

No water for morning bath. Must wait and wait and wait and wait!

AirCon not cool, sleep lamp spoils, dirty, got cockroaches, bathroom disgusting, very bad, very uncomfortable, very unrecommended! 😡. Rating: ⭐️
