The hotel is conveniently located close to Disneyland and the airport. We stayed here during the last leg of our trip. The heated pool is not heated at all, it’s freezing despite being reported at 21c, felt like 2c. The breakfast selection was excellent. The rooms were cleaned regularly however there were parts of the room that need fixing up like the bathroom floor tiles/grout which were turning black. There were regular shuttle buses to the MTR and airport. A few restaurants and a bakery opposite the hotel. There’s also a laundrette opposite the hotel which costs £8 a load (washing and drying).

The customer service was excellent. I was there for my birthday and the staff surprised me with a cute little cake with happy birthday and a “well wishers” card! The hotel was clean, beautiful, quiet and very modern with awesome amenities! Love love love!!

Location is near airport and citygate (watchout pickpocket), room was clean, they are providing shuttle bus to both places, need more shutte I think when holiday season because often full and the bus driver won't let you in if 49 seats occupied.
