On this day tour, you will visit the Nikko Toshogu Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with a 400-year history. After sightseeing, you will head to Nikko Edomura, where you will be taken back to the Edo Period through its five areas. Feel like a samurai at the Samurai Swordsman Experience, then make your way through the Karakuri Ninja Maze to practice archery and other activities. Also watch ninja performances and the must-see Oiran Courtesan Procession.

Tour Itinerary

- Make your own way to the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo check-in counter (08:05) OR Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal (08:50). The tour meeting location is inside the World Trade Annex on the first floor of the bus terminal. Take the stairs down from the second floor concourse.
- Nikko Toshogu Shrine, with guide (90 minutes)
- Travel to Nikko Edomura, no accompanying guide (13:20 - 13:55) Go to the Toshogu-shita bus stop (five-minute walking distance from the Nikko Toshogu Shrine) to take the Nikko Edomura shuttle bus to Nikko Edomura. Shuttle bus departs at 13:20 or 14:45; travel time is 40 minutes.

- Kinugawa-Onsen Station (18:26)
- Tobu Limited Express Kinu (130 minutes)
- Arrival at the Tobu Asakusa Station (20:30 - 21:00)
