Villa in Masagana

The staffs were very accommodating and informative. They assisted us in our tour going to Nacpan Beach. The room is okay aside from the CR, there's no floor drain in the water closet area. The inn is walking distance from resto bars and port where island hopping tours start.

The room is small but the beach front view is breathtaking. The staff are kind and helpful. They have comfortable and clean facilities. The location is great since it is in downtown El Nido.

Good location. Good breakfast. Coffee is always available complimentary. 🙁 Looks like an old building under construction 🤔 We booked for 2 nights but, on the second day we asked for new towel and was refused. We were told only 1towel every 2 days and no make up room available on your second day of stay etc 😕 That guy/gay rolled his eyes when I kindly asked for new towel. Staff are way too loud chatting, laughing. They don't bother if there's a guest around😕

Ideal location right on the beach with great views. The only downside was the number of flies at breakfast. Some food was left uncovered and all 5 in our party ended up with stomach issues.

We haven't stayed at the inn because we cannot contact any person to pick us up at the terminal so we booked another hotel.

The service is not good and the room and toilet are not properly kept. The room assigned to us has no window. The only good thing is the location.

I like the effort to make my stay better.
