really great experience staying here..
overall everything is okay, from the friendly staff, spacious and clean room really makes you feel at home.. the kitchen staff when bf is also okay, very helpful asking for reviews of the food etc, like it..
but a bit worried when traveling to this hotel, especially at night.. maybe because this is a golf area.. and all types of rooms are non-smoking.. so it's a bit of homework for those who want to smoke in the room can't huh.. huhu.. better if here again maybe don't MLM on the day you arrive at the location, so you can see the golf view haha.. experience siii staying in a hotel like this Japanese style is funny

Very comfortable, the room is quite spacious and very clean. The most important thing is that the bathroom is clean, complete, comfortable for taking a shower at night, there is hot water, in short, the facilities in my opinion are quite complete according to needs, the green atmosphere is cool like in Bandung/Bogor even though this is in Karawang. The hotel is far from the highway, located in the golf course area in the KCIC area. It is better to prepare dinner from outside when checking in. Because the road to the hotel is dark and there are no vendors. You can choose a room with a microwave. Each room has a mini fridge, hair dryer, you can borrow an iron and a table.
The room is very spacious, there is a bathtub, there is a veranda, you are allowed to smoke as long as you are on the veranda.
The cleanliness of the room is well maintained.
The refrigerator is great, cold enough to make ice cubes overnight, even though it is a mini fridge.
It's a shame the TV is still a regular cable TV, most of which are Japanese. Not digital yet. Can't Netflix or anything else. Just bring a laptop and HDMI CABLE if you want to Netflix. Hehehhe.
The atmosphere is quiet .... Suitable for those who want a little healing from the hustle and bustle of Jakarta and its surroundings. Bring enough supplies.

I thought the suite room was as big as other standard rooms, the only difference was the compliment items or others. Well, this one is as big as 2 rooms in one and the layout is really good. Respect. Next staycation here again. Anyway, those who give negative reviews, move aside!

For breakfast, for hotel guests who are non-Japanese food lovers, there needs to be a better choice with a truly Indonesian recipe and taste (because, like fried rice, don't have a Japanese taste (salty) it's not good). There's nothing to enjoy other than lontong, fruit, and white bread.

We stayed for 2 days, the atmosphere was comfortable, many trees were still green, the air was cool, because it was in the golf course it was a bit far to go out to buy snacks, there was no swimming pool but there was a bathtub, my baby was enough to swim in the bathtub, the food was varied, children over 10 years old were charged 50K, the room walls needed to be repaired again, because some of the paint was peeling, damp and moldy. First time staying here with Family for transit. Only 1 night.
Although the location is not in the city center and sorry the breakfast is very simple, the menu variety is limited.
But helped by the spacious room. Along with super complete in-room facilities (in our opinion). There is a Microwave, cutlery set, hair dryer, refrigerator, bathtub, complete bathroom equipment.
Receptionist, Security, Cleaning Service staff are friendly.
The view of the green trees makes it cool, the surrounding atmosphere is very calm / not noisy.
So it's fun.
Thank you, hopefully TreePark Karawang will be more successful.
