Fast check in/out process. All staffs kindly & helping. I love the room design, it’s too cute, something fresh & clean, the wall decor show how old Bandung City, historical but eye catching. I’m wondering the water shower more powerful it will be prefect.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Room was very clean and fresh. We've got upgrades to executive floor, thank you Mercure. Hot water was flowing very well even on late night, which was always a problem for some hotels. Location was excellent, food and 24hr apotek in walking distance. We love the service and staffs, polite dan informative. Breakfast was very good! lontong kari was excellent, and indomie choices!! 👍 Keep up the good work Mercure! Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel room is very clean, modern decorated interior. Very good breakfast with plenty choice of food (western and local). Plus: I like the usb built-in wall outlet (with universal one), just plug your usb cable and charge your phone. they have hundreds of tv channel.

The room was big and clean, but unfortunately the hairdryer was broken and wouldn't turn on, the food had a lot of variety but the taste was just so-so, the pool was small when we stayed there on a family vacation so we didn't have much space, overall I don't regret staying here.

deluxe non-smoking room order, given smoking, refrigerator not cold, moved to non-smoking room but like downgraded, initially asked if this room is the same type, FO answered the same, even though the type of room given at the beginning is very different, from the bathroom and sofa and table facilities already look different, on the running slide tv the accommodation picture already looks different, this is the first time I have become an Accor member and I didn't get a suitable room but was downgraded and not upgraded. Please improve the Hotel and FO services again. Thank you

Hotel is nice and service is excellent, we ask for additional pillows and we got it delivered instantly, also our input for the breakfast meal which is too salty is taken seriously by the staff.

This is my first stay but it's already very impressive.. The hotel is comfortable, nice and very strategic, it's close to everywhere...
The service of the staff in various divisions is very good and friendly, our family really enjoyed the holiday at Mercure Nexa Supratman👍

1. All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. The taste of the breakfast dishes was lacking but the paid restaurant food was delicious (according to the price). The room was comfortable but not comfortable for smokers in the room because the hexaust was not strong enough to suck up cigarette smoke.
2. The refrigerator in the room did not work. I tried calling the receptionist to call a technician but it took a long time for them to come.
3. The room was not soundproof so you could hear people knocking in the room upstairs.
4. Only got 1 access card for the room and the elevator. So if you want to go in and out alone you have to ask the staff for access to the elevator
