The room is not as shown in the photo, the atmosphere is scary and dirty, I took it for 2 days and immediately checked out on the first day. It was scary, we took a budget room initially and immediately upgraded to a deluxe room, like in the picture of the deluxe room 🤣 it was so scary it was unclear.

the staff are kind and quick to respond. but there are also things that need to be evaluated, the bathroom section, sorry, the shower is very slow and the water is small, then there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the hallway area before going to the elevator. in the facility details there is a hair dryer, it turns out there is none so it's annoying if you know there isn't one, you can bring your own, right? 🥲.

sorry in advance permission to comment, the condition of the AC in room 314 does not feel cold at all. it is still hot inside. have checked the technician still does not feel cold. please pay more attention to the comfort of the room so that hotel guests are comfortable. Thank you..

Just this time I stayed here. The breakfast was served even though the rice was not cooked. There was nothing delicious for breakfast. The towels in the room were bad, and what's even weirder... the swimming pool opens at 10:00 😂😂 that's enough and I won't be back again
