Choosing to stay at this hotel because it is close to GBK, can be reached by foot. Access is also easy, near the MRT station too. Finding food is easy, because there are many malls around. For the room is the same as other hotels, the advantage is that there are many power outlets. Breakfast has quite a lot of choices, the restaurant is separate but quite good. Thanks.

I booked a twin-bed room with a window, even though there was only one guest, because it was the only room type with a window still available at the time of booking. However, during check-in, my guest was given a windowless room with the explanation that no windowed rooms were available.
This was very disappointing, especially since the booking system showed availability for a windowed room when the reservation was made. It is frustrating to expect a certain level of comfort based on the booking, only to be let down upon arrival.
I sincerely hope you will improve the accuracy of your booking system to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

Very good, close to GBK and Senayan City so while waiting for the concert you can go to the mall first, near the hotel there is MCD, when you come home from the concert you won't be hungry.

In terms of location, it's really good, because it's close to GBK which is often used as an event venue and has easy access. It's just that the elevator from the mall/STC can go directly to the room floor, without the need for access, so in terms of security it's less calm. In the room area, because it's an old building, the corridor on one floor can go around, if you go up/down by yourself. It's a bit uncomfortable.

Close to the city center, walking distance to Sency & PS mall. Because there is a concert in the GBK area so it doesn't take up much time for people and the amazing thing is the super spacious room, so it's suitable for those with friends who always bring a lot of stuff so it's not cramped

If I go to Senayan, I always stay here. The place is comfortable and spacious. The breakfast has delicious menus. In addition, the location is very strategic to Plaza Senayan and Senayan City without having to take a taxi again. Just walk.

Have stayed at this hotel twice for concerts. The staff is very friendly and helps guests well. The room is clean and tidy. The price is in accordance with the service and quality. The hotel area is close to Senayan City and Plaza Senayan so it is easy to find food.

We stayed in room 8001 for 2 nights, the room was quite clean, but unfortunately the bathroom needed to be evaluated/was not adequate, including: The toilet was too narrow/stuck to the glass partition and the shower was not adequate
