The AC is not very cold, it feels hot all night, a bit disappointed with the AC.

The hotel staff is friendly, the pool water is clean, there are many games around the hotel. Suggestion for the hotel to increase the electricity power, because our room had a power outage for 4 hours until the preparation for check out only relying on the cellphone flashlight.

There is no signal, the road lighting to the hotel is dark. Stayed 3 times, the OB was dishonest & long-handed, a new jacket was lost, a shirt was also lost in the room when the room was cleaned. When complaining to the receptionist, the OB was asked, the answer changed. Even clothes were stolen, seriously. Just stay here once!!!

The room looks clean but ants are common, not a new place, let alone a forest. so is the clean toilet but has an unpleasant odor. The swimming pool is large and very satisfying. dirty like the old toilets using a tub. if it's not drained for a long time, the bottom is dirty. yeah, it's still good if you want to stay here. positive: peaceful. calming. quality time. swimming pool. minus: not strict enough in maintaining facilities that's all my rambling. get paid.

Overall, it's ok, yes, for people who live in Mendang, it's a reasonable price and has a lot of facilities and access to the beach.

Check-in at night the staff is not at the front desk, there are children playing at the front desk, the staff is not friendly. This hotel doesn't have a restaurant, breakfast is delivered to the room/no buffet, the hotel terrace and lobby are not clean.

Breakfast is delivered to the room with 1 room portion and 2 portions of fried rice which tastes delicious. 4. Near the hotel there is a mini zoo. 5. If you like taking photos and want to see the sea from the city of Singkawang from the top of the hill, you can go to Miss Alam which is not far from the hotel (the view is really good) 5. So, those who like fishing can bring their fishing rods for casting fish such as grouper. , squid and other reef fish. 6. There are play rides, but unfortunately when I visited here the only active rides were the bomb bomb car.
