The room is very dirty. The floor is sticky and there are many insects like baby cockroaches. The bathroom is also very dirty. The bed has some stains. Not recommended.

The second time I stayed here, it was actually comfortable. Only this second time the cleanliness was slightly reduced because I found several cockroaches on the table, in the bathroom and on the floor. Maybe in the future it can be considered again and for the water flash in the toilet which is broken, it might be better if it is fixed so that those who stay are more comfortable. Other facilities are okay, the AC is cold, the mattress is still comfortable, the deposit refund process is faster. The first time it took 2 days, this time it was processed in one day. 👍.

Location near the mall, easy to access and deposit refund process 2 days from check out. The officers are also cooperative and easy to contact. The rooms are clean and the AC is cold.

The location is close to Supermall Karawaci. Holidays with family are quite enjoyable. Nice swimming pool. Friendly staff. Next you can come back.

You can't bring a private vehicle if you don't have an Apatel parking member card. So you have to park at the mall parking location.

Lantai kamar kurang bersih. Untung tamu membawa pel untuk melantai dulu. Lantai kolong ranjang tidak bersih. Lantai kamar mandi kurang bersih. Lampu depan pintu kamar mandi mati. Masa ppetugas Apatel menyuruh taamu suruh beli lampu sendiri dan memasang sendiri. Tamu komplain ke Pihak Apatel. Mana ada tamu suruh disuruh begitu. Benar-benar kaget. Akhirnya petugas mengganti lampu. 17-06-2023 sebelum check in disuruh deposit Rp 300.000,- via transfer ke BCA Apatel Mitra Inova. Tertulis: Pengembalian deposit maksimal 7 hari kerja. 18-06-2023 check out. 27-06-2023 belum ada berita itikad pengembalian deposit Rp 300.000,- Harga bagus, kamar lumayan lah. Recommended. Asal tidak disuruh membeli lampu dan mengganti lampu sendiri.

Kesan pertama memang fast check in, yang penting kita proaktif dengan CS-nya. Buat yang tidak sabar dengan refund deposit yang lama, sebaiknya jangan deh ya. Dikarenakan kita dikenakan deposit 300rb dan refund selama 7-14 hari kerja. Jadi jangan berharap cepat dikembalikan ya. Sekalipun cuman 1 malam saja kita stay di sini. Mengenai perabotan sudah jelas tidak semua bisa digunakan mulai dari panci dan kuali dan spatula semua rusak dan berkarat, kompor listrik masih oke. Kulkas ok. AC dingin. Overall cukup yah. Mungkin bisa diperbaiki dari segi protap pelayanan yang diberikan dan lebih simpel lagi. Terima kasih.

Is it on purpose? Luckily, I remember that the deposit money has not been returned. Should not have to be billed first and then returned. It's your responsibility. Those who want to stay here must be firm. Not to mention the experience when I want to check out. I have called several times, I have called dozens of times to ask about check out. There were times when I called, I didn't pick up. Have chatted many times and no reply. Very slow respond! Just picked up at 12 o'clock, then the answer was "what's wrong sis" no apology or anything. My chat didn't even reply afterwards, there should have been pleasantries apologizing and thanking you like that. Enough to get emotional.

Every time we stay here to return a deposit of IDR 300000, it always takes a long time to return it, even though the information that takes the longest to process the return is 7 days, it's been 7 days if we don't remind the apatel then they also don't care about our deposit every time we stay, and events always repeat themselves.

The contact person is slow to respond. It was their turn to check out, they were asked when to check out, it was uncomfortable.

For cleanliness & comfort, OK, it's good. There are a few shortcomings for the tools that can no longer be used because they are all rusty, it would be nice to replace them for renewal and a few cooking & eating utensils are incomplete.

In general, staying here is good enough, just please facilitate the parking even though you have to pay, don't ask guests to find their own parking.

There is no bath package, only 1 towel is provided, an electric thermos, coffee and tea are provided, but mineral water and sugar are not provided, the electric stove is broken and rusty.
