FAQ

Q: How to join mission Kejar Hati?

A: User need to register in Google Form, going through the screening process, and approved by Traveloka to be able to join the mission. (You can read about it in details in the Terms and Conditions section)

Q: How do I know if I eligible for the mission?

Q: How long will the it take before i get approved as Kejar Hati Creator?

A: Our screening process will take at least 3 (three) business days.

Q: How to progress on the mission?

A: Mission will automatically progress whenever there are new Hearts since 7 February on every content published. If current milestone has been completed, user will automatically join next milestone.

Q: What Hearts are counted as progress?

A: Hearts after 8 May 2023 counted. Hearts before 8 May 2023 will not be counted.If old content (before 8 May) gets a Hearts after 8 May, it will be counted

Q: What happen if somone unHearts?

If milestone has progressed and Points has been received by user, there will be no effect. Mission will continue to progress at the latest largest Hearts amount.

Q: How to check mission progress?

A: You can check your progress at mission page in Reward Zone

Q: If got taken down/deleted, what happens with the Hearts progress?

A: Hearts that has been progressed will still be counted

Terms and Conditions

#KejarHati Mission TERMS

#KejarHati Mission is a mission that applies to Traveloka users who register for the Kejar Hati Mission to enjoy the benefits

#KejarHati mission will take place from May 8th, 2023 to June 30th, 2023

The minimum version of the Traveloka application used is 3.65. Please update it first to take part in the Mission

To be able to participate in the #KejarHati Mission, you must first log in to your Traveloka account and have a registered email

You must register by logging into the Traveloka Application → clicking Explore homepage → clicking Kejar Hati Promo Page → clicking Register → filling out Google Form.

You also need to complete your personal data in the account information correctly, accurately and according to the information on your Identity Card (“KTP”).

Your account name must be the same as the name on your KTP.

Traveloka may cancel your right to participate in the #KejarHati Mission if the data you complete does not match or if you register someone else's personal data on #KejarHati Mission.

When you have been accepted and qualified for #KejarHati mission, your profile must be set to “public” and not in “private” mode so that we can check your profile and contact you.

Your data selection period in participating in #KejarHati Mission is 3 working days after you register

Selected users will receive a notification via email that will be sent by tvlk.explore@traveloka.com in the Traveloka application. If you do not receive an email from tvlk.explore@traveloka.com then you are not eligible for #KejarHati Mission. Please be careful not to answer or respond to emails or any form of communication on behalf of the #KejarHati Mission if it is not sent from the official Traveloka email.

User selection for #KejarHati mission is entirely at Traveloka's sole discretion and cannot be contested

By following #KejarHati Mission, you are deemed to have agreed to all these Terms and Conditions and agreed to Traveloka's privacy policy which can be accessed here. Any questions and/or objections regarding the use of your information or data for this Mission can be submitted via email to privacy@traveloka.com

All employees of Traveloka are allowed to take part in #KejarHati Mission but are not allowed to receive any prizes. Traveloka guarantees the objectivity of the Mission and has the right to unilaterally notify employees suspected of receiving gifts.

15.

To participate in #KejarHati mission, you are required to provide your personal data including but not limited to information related to your ID card. By participating in #KejarHati mission, you hereby agree to send your personal data, including but not limited to your ID card information, to Traveloka. If you intend to withdraw your consent in providing your personal data in connection with #KejarHati mission, then you must notify Traveloka. Traveloka will delete your personal data in connection with #KejarHati mission after Traveloka receives a notification from you. Once your personal data is deleted from Traveloka in connection with the #KejarHati mission, you will automatically be deemed to have stopped participating in the #KejarHati mission and will no longer be a participant in the #KejarHati mission.

16.

Traveloka has the full right, based on these Terms and Conditions and Traveloka policy, to determine whether or not you can participate in the #KejarHati mission.

17.

If you have registered to participate in the #KejarHati mission and have sent your personal data to Traveloka, but Traveloka decides that you cannot participate in #KejarHati mission, Traveloka will automatically delete the personal data you submitted during the registration process.

18.

Beware of Scams. Traveloka will only notify selected Users to be able to carry out the #KejarHati Mission via Email that will be sent by tvlk.explore@traveloka.com.

#KejarHati Mission MECHANISM

You can follow either or both of Mission A and Mission B in Mission #KejarHati

Uploaded content must contain at least 1 video, or a combination of photos and videos (content containing only 1 photo will not be included in the Mission)

Maximum duration of uploaded content is 3 minutes

Uploaded content must contain information about tourist destinations, travel destinations, products, and/or user experiences that are appropriate and related to Traveloka

Advertising or marketing information such as watermarks, QR codes, or any promotion outside the Traveloka program is not allowed

Content with excessive selfie dominance and reducing the informative side of the content will be rejected

Content that contains personal data and can harm users or other parties will be rejected

All content uploaded by users to Traveloka Explore must be the user's personal property and not the result of plagiarism

User can upload more than 1 content during the program period. But the content must not be the same.

10.

Indecent content, containing violence, crime, illegal activities, plagiarism, SARA violations and violations of any kind are prohibited from being uploaded in this program. Any losses due to content uploads will be borne entirely by you

By uploading content to Traveloka Explore, you give Traveloka permission to display the content

12.

Traveloka reserves the right to suspend or delete your video if it does not comply with the Terms and Conditions

#KejarHati POINTS DISTRIBUTION

•

#KejarHati mission will run with an achievement system. If the first achievement is successful, the mission will be automatically updated with the next achievement

•

Mission A: Applies to all content, cumulative likes are collected from all content (total of all content uploaded by 1 user), so the maximum that one user can get is 146,600 Extra Points for mission A. Calculation of the Heart with Extra Points earned is as follows following:

1 Heart : 100 Extra Points

10 Hearts: 1,500 Extra Points

100 Hearts : 20,000 Extra Points

500 Hearts : 125,000 Extra Points

•

Mission B: Valid for 1 content from 1 user and only valid for 1 content that reaches 500 Hearts for the first time. Calculation of the Heart with Points earned is as follows:

500 Hearts : 250,000 Extra Points

•

Content uploaded after the user is declared eligible to take part in the mission will be counted , all hearts will be counted as progress in the related Mission. For content uploaded before the user declare eligible, only additional hearts since user declared eligible will count as Mission progress.

•

The maximum Extra Points that can be earned by one user if completing both Mission A and Mission B is 396,600 Extra Points

•

Users who get hearts according to the criteria above will automatically get points as specified above which will be given to the user's account within a maximum of 3 days from the end date of the program

•

Invalid likes will not be counted to get Extra Points

•

Extra Points obtained from this program have an active period of 90 days from the time they are given

•

All terms and conditions regarding the #KejarHati Mission can be changed without prior notice

•

Beware of Scams. Traveloka will give Extra Points automatically to Users who have reached the target in accordance with these terms and conditions. Traveloka will not announce it on social media or via email to users.
