Check-in/Check-out Time
Our hotel remains open to serve guests who need accommodation based on Department of Tourism guidelines. These include long-staying guests, employees from specific neighboring basic establishments, distressed OFWs, and stranded passengers. For now, we are not accepting booking from other clients not specified above.
Ace Waterspa, Restaurants, Bars, Gym and other amenities will remain close until further notice.
As part of our prevention of the spread of Coronavirus, We are strictly implementing the following measures to protect our guests and employees:
1. Daily mandatory checking of body temperature of Guest and Employees
2.Social distancing in public places such as Lobby, Front desk and Elevator
3. Use of protective gears for all hotel personnel
4. Scheduled cleaning of the guest room as needed.
5.Regular disinfecting and sanitation of all public areas and frequently touched surfaces.
We would like to assure everyone that closure of our amenities are only temporary and it will be back to operation as the situation improves.
