Only one thing, there's no minibar in the room but if you wanna store stuff such as ice pack, you can as the reception. The staff is very helpful. Everything was OK during my stay.

Room size quite big and clean. Like to stay next time hopefully.

The food that we eat always the same food that they serve yesterday. We need different recipes. And 1 more things. We add extra bed but we receive at 12am at night. I am so disappointed about this. Room number 1404. It was really irritating. 12am we need to sleep. But the bed doesn't come ASAP.

It 's located right beside the lost world. The hotel staff very friendly, good service.

Good location, easy to look for makan, will come and stay again in this hotel.

Lift, no lift from carpark. Have to drag and hand carry my big heavy luggage through those stairs. Well, if I'm smarter I would have dropped off my bag and go to d car park but I assumed d hotel should have lift from the carpark. It 's a deal breaker next time. Plus, when requested for second key crd they said unfortunately too overwhelm with lot of customers. How does tht hppd? Not enough cards to go around, can't accept it to be honest. No effort to help, don't bother either. Just one unsatisfied customer.

I always love to stay here for short trip in Ipoh for its deals, location and breakfast.

Clean, easy registration, near mall and happening places around within walking distance. Overall rooms is clean and neat.
