Jazz Hotel Suites from check in to check out. Superb! Hospitality at its best from greetings at you in front of doorbell to everywhere you in the premise always never lack of their smiles. Very accessible to Lotus supermarket, near foodie areas and many more. Breakfast is great. You can also soak yourself with free bath bomb they provided. Absolutely everything are amazing. I will definitely come back to stay here again. Also credit to bellman a guy with glasses never fail to try assist all the customer who needed help at lobby.

Awesome deco. Great service, room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom with big bathtub. Complimentary bath bomb, thank you. Breakfast is also good. Rooftop pool, in here can see the sunset time. Awesome.

My first stay of this hotel was pre covid time, then it closed down for business over the covid period. This is my 2nd time staying, overall it's reasonably priced, but definitely more expensive compared to pre covid time. Location is very good as it is a short drive to gurney drive malls. Easy multistorey free car park. Behind is the strait quay within walking distance. Room wise is not as good as my first stay. My first stay room was like large, you can dance with the bathroom space, window is facing lotus. This round my room is so much smaller and the bathroom also it's smaller but still equipped with standing shower and bath tub, issue is if you seat at the toilet bowl, your knee will be touching the glass of standing shower. The view is just another condos balconies. Bed and bathroom is comfortable. Water pressure slightly on the weaker side but acceptable. Noise insulation is okay. Breakfast is normal. Reception is normal as well.
