Overall it is a nice hotel to stay and convenient especially the dedicated carpark. However I do think they should improve on the hotel facilities its all look so old and not well maintenance. On the other hand, they should really increase their breakfast menu choices and taste. Thank you.

If you check out late, the receptionist ll keep calling to remind you to check out. There is no lift upstairs, no trolley bag, you ve to bring your bag using stairs to your family room. Old design and old furniture.

This hotel only took 10 minutes from airport. Around the hotel have so many shop that you can only walk. Nice play to stay if you're in business trip.

Check in process very bad. The receptionist look not professional and look like a new staff/trainee. The food very bad. I'm very disappointed to stay there. This is 1st and last I stay there.
