Luxury Hotels in Genting Highlands, Malaysia

Hard to check In. Hard to proceed everything.

Very poor hygiene. So many dust and bugs. Floors are dirty. Very noisy till 02.00 am. People playing balls and so many creeky sounds till late night. The service is bad. You need to book the bus to entertainment centre and it is always full. You need to share taxi for easy mobilisation. The people not helpful to look for transportation sometimes no one at the desk to help.

Terlalu ramai di luar jendela, susah tidur karena banyak mobil lalu lalang.

When order this hotel, I thought it was near the genting theme park or so on. But then I found out, this hotel was located at GOHTONG, still far away from awana skyway station. But the hotel staff (the lady help us check out and ordering taxi, at the front office) was nice.

The room is nice and comfy. I like it so much. There is a free shuttle bus to awana bus station. Free cable car ticket are so nice. But I think the menu for the food can be changed everyday because it seems only some changed each day and please add more variation. Thank you for your services. I will definitely come back here in the future.

So comfortable stay in here, just the building so many and lift so confusing for senior citizen.

Kunci hanya 1. Menyusahkan. Waktu check out pula sebelum pukul 11 pagi.

Everything is OK except the lift & the bathroom was smelly.

Staff friendly, clean room, but hard to find transport to/from firstworld mall, especially at night.
