The location and services is top notch. The hotel is located at the center of Pulau Tikus area where you can commute easily to Gurney Drive (Hawker Street at night), Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon.
For those who goes there for medical check-up, it is also a good place to stay, since it is clean and close to Adventist, Island and Gleneagle hospital.

Nice place to stay in Penang. Easier access to Wellings Pharmacy and Starbucks Coffee which is just downstairs, and a spacious room that can accommodate 4 people in 1 room. Will definitely go back here again if I go back to Penang!

Room was okay, a bit dusty on floor even in toilet, wifi connection cannot access at all, for me its okay and hope hotel can improve and focus on this in future. Keep it up.

Need to change room not cold enough. Breakfast especially local food not nice. No roti canai. Not worth breakfast for RM700 hotel level. But evening cocktail edp staff Mr. Eric good.

Room is comfy, clean and neat. But the location is a little bit far from Gurney Plaza area. Walking time about 15-20 minutes.

Super convenient location, right next to 2 malls. I've stayed at G hotel Gurney before too but Kelawai is better and cheaper in my opinion.

No kattle inside room because not too comfort go out from bed room only for get hot water from water dispenser.
