I remember my husband and I stayed here for the first time in April 2020, then we came back here again and again and again. We always feel comfortable spending time here. And after 3 years nothing has changed from this place, the service, cleanliness, even the receptionist are still the same persons. As someone who works with a team, I know that Mr. Krishna is a good leader and manager because the hoteliers here are still working together and still as friendly as before. We really appreciate your hard work, sir. I assumed they love working with you. Also this is our weekend short escape which we don't know how many times we've been here for escaping. And to be honest we've tried almost all hotels in this town and still our heart always want to go back to Zuri. Thank you for always giving your best.

Another weekend staycation with my husband and it still feels like home everytime we stay here. This time we want to thank Ms. Halimah who helped us very kindly and well at check in, it was super fast, also to Mr. Yusuf and Ms. Maria who helped us at check out, they're all so friendly and got a very bright smile anyway:). As far as I remember these front staff always treated us well since the first time we came here, it was about two years ago and they still do the same till now. The room is always clean and sanitized, thanks to the housekeeper. We also love the breakfast, the food was various and tasty, another thanks to the kitchen crews. My husband and I will surely keep coming back here.

The service was very good, the check-in process was fast, the room had a short wait of less than 10 minutes, because we arrived at 14.00, the room was very clean, the room was quite spacious, and the view was good because our room faced the sunrise, for food there was plenty of food and nice. Recommendations for the future can come here again. Thanks Zuri Banjarmasin, hopefully more guests will stay every day 👍.

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, there is hot water for bathing, there is an electric kettle for hot water, close to Dutamall, Matahari Hypermart, Hero supermarket, Ace Hardware. For breakfast there is a restaurant and the food is delicious 👍⭐
