Honest review: the staff were friendly, what we needed was handled immediately, overall there were several things that made us uncomfortable, the first impression when we entered the room was a bit dizzy (?) the air was different hehe, the floor was solid if you stepped on it, the bathroom had little water, on the 5th floor the bathroom drains less smoothly, the electricity is off, there are no shampoo soap bottles on the wall, hopefully it can be repaired again so the quality improves, thank you

I don't understand this hotel, the SOP about cleaning the room is how. When you first arrived, the room smelled, but it's still okay to work with the air conditioner & the window that was opened to change the air circulation, but the bathroom makes you think about using it, the water is a bit yellowish like that. Complaining to the hotel said it was okay, but it's a bit like that, until I thought that I was given an OO room, what do you do, I want to make you feel at home but you can't, so I finally chose early check out. Please, the hotel management, don't just sit still, fix what the guest complaints have been all this time. Don't make guests feel lost if your facilities have never been repaired or taken care of. For service staff, it's okay, it doesn't matter but you have facilities that need a lot of work.

The sheets are dirty, the bathroom is dirty and dull, the shower is too short and leaks, in the room there are lots of ants and there are lizards too. Breakfast is only boxed rice.

Pelayanannya oke banget. Kamar bersih dan alhamdulillah dapet kamar yang cukup luas. Seprei dan handuk bersih, water heater dan hair dryer berfungsi baik, AC dingin. Cuma sayang, ada galon tiap lantai cuma gak ada isinya. Semoga bisa lebih diperhatikan. Next kalo ke Bandung lagi bisa nginep kesini

Kamar sangat kecil tidak sesuai sama yang saya pesan di aplikasi seperti kamar yang sudah tidak terpakai. Telfon tidak nyala, amenities tidak di sediakan langsung di kamar. Kecewa sekali nginep di sini.

Pas mau mandi air panasnya kotor. Pihak hotel tidak memberikan kompensasi. Ingin pindah kamar manager berdalih “hari ini kamar penuh” minta uang kembali alibinya “pihak agen online belum transfer ke pihak hotel” Kecewa. Pelanggan bayar buat menikmati fasilitas hotel. Tidak layak untuk menginap di sana.

Foto tidak sesuai galeri, walaupun ada keterangan ukuran kamar hanya 12 meter persegi. Ukuran sempit dan kurang perawatan. Kamar mandi sudah kuno dan tidak dirawat, hairdryer tidak dapat digunakan, air hangat tidak berfungsi normal, air sedikit keruh kekuningan. Untuk air hanya diisediakan dispenser di luar ruangan. Ruangan lembab.
