The room is nice, clean and spacious. The restaurant is not operated yet so, no breakfast. And there is no WiFi.

Hot water is on-off, you will only get hot water for several minutes and then it will be warm and then cold. The AC is blowing directly to the bedroom, so it will make you chill and ill, they should put a deflektor on the AC.

Stay at this hotel for a family vacation, the hotel is still new, clean and smells good. the staff is friendly and the price is really worth it. It's very close to Cikini Station, so don't be surprised if you often hear the sound of a train passing by. Anyway, it's recommended.

The first time I really tried a staycation here, I was quite satisfied with the staff service there, very friendly. 4 thumbs up for the staff. And the room is quite worth it in my opinion. It looks cramped maybe because there is a balcony but I'm quite comfortable with the room but there are just a few stains on the sheets but its ok. The bathroom is clean, the hot water doesn't stagnate either (it keeps running and never ends) oh yes, the air freshener and the elevator, I like the smell of a hotel, it really smells special. I wanted 1 night so I added another night because it was that comfortable. Daa Bess is the point ✨👌 oh yeah I got a room on the 9th floor.

For the first time, a staycation at Zia Sanno Menteng Residences - Jakarta is highly recommended, because the initial check-in staff was friendly, our KTP was detained (actually it's more convenient to deposit than our KTP as collateral). The room is good, it has a white and white feel, the lighting is also good, clean, the room smells good, there is a smart TV, there is a balcony, unfortunately only given access to the door to the room, given 1 card and tried using another card for the room, such as an ATM card can not. Oh yes, for the entrance from the basement, if I may, put "watch out for the glass" because the glass is so clear that when I checked in yesterday I almost hit a glass. That's all for the review, thank you Zia Sanno Menteng Residences - Jakarta and the next online agent, stay there again.

The hotel is new, all the maids are really good, the wifi is fast, the AC is really good, the cleanliness is really good, there is a balcony, there are smoke/non-smoke room options, it's good to come here again!

The hotel is still only one year old. For breakfast, just rely on catering services and omelet as a side dish. So it is lacking because there is no chicken or fish or meat. The lobby and restaurant interior still has the potential to be developed because there is a lot of empty space. The interior of the room is nice but the cupboard is too big so I don't think it's necessary. Most guests stay 1-3 days but the cupboard becomes redundant because it feels like it is specifically for guests who stay a month. The bathroom interior is ordinary, nothing special. The exhaust also doesn't work.

Because the hotel is new, the interior is still good, it's just that for some reason the bathroom door can't be clicked so if you take a shower you hold the trash can from inside. The rest is good! Like the deodorizer of the hallway and lobby. 💕.
