The umpteenth time staying here, the friendly service is very helpful and fast response, the check-in and check-out process is fast and easy, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the city view is good, very quiet, the pool view is also good, the best thing.

Friendly receptionist. Room okay. Cold AC. Pretty clean. The balcony view is okay. Only the water is not hot enough, only at the beginning of the heat. Overall very satisfied, comfortable and sound sleep.

Access is in the alley, the blanket is really thin, the mat is also not absorbent, first when you get a room when you open the balcony, it turns out that the view is a cemetery, I immediately asked for a room with a view that wasn't a graveyard because I was staying here alone, finally I could change to a room with a pool view.

To be honest, I really hurt, I ordered 420 thousand last night but it didn't meet expectations, the location was really scary, horror, the room was poorly lit, the balcony light was off, the water heater wasn't hot at all, there was no clothes hanger, a dull white towel, there was a stove just a display just. Horror facilities too but here I am 420 thousand in conditions like that 🥲 that's it.

My family and I booked 2 rooms with pool access. It was far from my imagination. The swimming pool is dirty, not maintained, the blanket is thin, there is no bed cover, the springbed is a bit hard, the building needs a lot of improvement. The stove has no gas. Far from comfortable. Even though you get the price of 350 rb per room. Usually for that price I have gotten a comfortable 3 star hotel.

Wow, this apartment is really bad, it's not taken care of. Very different from the photo, don't want to stay here. The location goes into a small road, until the parking lot has an uncomfortable feeling because the atmosphere is like an unkempt building. When checking in, you have to save your KTP, you still have to pay for parking. The hallways leading to the rooms are dark, dirty. When I entered the room, the air was uncomfortable. The condition of the room can be seen by yourself as in the photo, dirty, not clean. The pool is also dirty, there are insects, green water, maybe moss. Because when I checked in it was late, I had to stay 1 night, even though I had booked for 3 days and 2 nights. At night, book another hotel directly. In the morning, just take a shower, check out immediately. It's better to lose 1 night, than to be uncomfortable for 3 days and 2 nights. Really will never book here again, online agents should do a random inspection audit. The bad reviews were closed because there was a good unit maybe, after checking the reviews it turned out that there were indeed those who were deceived that it didn't fit in the photo.
