When I checked in in the afternoon I complained that the AC wasn't cold and there was leaking water dripping, then I just went out, when I came back at night I felt the room wasn't cold and the AC was only blowing air. Then I complained again, the officer said 30 minutes of filling it with freon and it would be cold, I waited until I fell asleep because I was going back to the hotel at 1 o'clock. At 4 o'clock I woke up because my clothes were wet with sweat. I went down to the lobby and expressed the problem again, and still no solution! Just fill in more freon! Still not cold, just windy. At 6 am I went down to the lobby again, because I was annoyed that I couldn't sleep even though my body was tired! We were given a solution to change rooms because someone had just checked out! While the room is expectedly not spacious, it 's clean and comfy enough, definitely worth the price and suitable for short business trip stay. Lighting is comfortable for reading and working late in the hotel if required. It 's quite inside the room, air con is good and the bathroom is clean with adequate amenities. Location is nearby to train station and has easy access to grab/gofood delivery and near an alfamart. Receptionist is helpful, friendly and fast. Card access is also easy to tap and has no problem. Recommended for the price vs value.
