We went there for a company retreat which just nice that the Family Caravan provides 2 bedrooms and a living room that very useful for our private sessions. The Caravan is looking brand new, very clean, hot shower is available, the scenery is refreshing, and definitely the slanting outdoor lift is stunning with gorgeous view!

Don't regret staying 2 nights here. Everything is super. The breakfast is delicious, all the facilities are cool. Play golf, swim. Very good restaurant. Food is all okay. Like staying at a 5 star hotel. Thank you the valley. Keep up the good services. We will come back again very soon ๐Ÿ˜‰.

Classic hotel but doesn't have a scary impression, the interior & exterior of the hotel is really amazing. Clean, fragrant towels, quiet, comfortable, food is delicious and plentiful. Spacious hotel, complete facilities, fast response, friendly & helpful receptionist. The room had some mosquitoes, maybe because it was the rainy season and the balcony, just suggest adding a light in the room, perhaps. Will be back soon. Thank you The Valley.

1. The road to the hotel parking lot is quite extreme. 2. The hot water is not hot. Even though it is really needed in cold places like this. So the fix is not taking a shower. 3. Awalnya gak khawatir, hotel katanya baru dibuka pasca pandemi. Alhamdulillah ternyata bersih banget, pelayanan nya juga ramah. Yang deluxe tanpa balone kamar deket basement bagus, wangi, bersih. Yang balkon kamar 30x lebih bagus ya view dan kamar nya lebih bagus. Pokoknya seneng ya di sini
