The Kharma Villas

Very bad experience staying here, we booked the nomad 1BR tent. The front door which is the main entry to our tent area has no lock so it's wide open and a stranger came into our room while we were resting?! We complained to the villa concierge and they responded by sending a security which is no help & disappointing as he only suggest we put some stones stacked to keep the door closed. Private pool is only the size of jacuzzi, the water is lukewarm, and dirty.

Very happy here. It's really cool, but unfortunately because last long weekend it might be quite full so they provide a G Living room which in my opinion is not worth it for rent. We, as customers, don't know what's the difference, so we just messaged until finally CS from Kharma wa to share details of the room. But most of all the service is really good. The staff is friendly, polite and very helpful. Dine in at the restaurant is also convenient. The food is all delicious. The place is comfortable cool cool and lots of spots for photos.

There is a handyman work next to the room, making comfort disturbed, especially privacy and security. Suggestions, at least for the bubble area it can be made tightly closed, because it can't be completely covered, so it can be seen from above where there happen to be builders at work.

Very not recommended! Not as expected! Does not match the description in the application. There is no swimming pool as a public facility for those who stay. The swimming pool only has a private pool in other room types. The type of room that I ordered was Taman Sari if I'm not mistaken. Not in the kharma villa area but the name is "secluded". The interior is similar to a boarding house, only one electrical plug in one room with a strange position, for the water heater plug you have to slide it. My room is a bungalow which is directly next to a residential complex. The bathroom is very small with an electric water heater which has very little capacity. Maybe it's more suitable for employee messes. Breakfast is just normal but there is a choice of pizza that is still fresh, that's the only highlight.

Konsepnya boleh. Outdoor villa dengan pemandangan pohon-pohonan. But i must say several honest reviews staying in this place. Great concept with ordinary execution. 1. Terlalu banyak pintu kaca jadi terkesan aquarium dari luar, seharusnya ditambah korden untuk ruang tamu dan tengah. 2. Begitu masuk pool banyak banget daun berguguran mungkin karena open space jadi perlu minta dibersihkan lagi sama petugas hotel. 3. Fasilitas masak kurang lengkap. Namanya orang nginep villa pasti ekspektasinya ya masak-masakan bareng keluarga ya. Fasilitas sorry to say kurengg. Magic com ga ada. Yang paling kureng adalah untuk harga villa 4jt/malam dengan maks 6 orang, tersedia hanya 3set cutleries plastik dong. Trus saya protes dan minta dibawakan 6 set cutleries non plastik. Walopun pada akhirnya mereka minta maaf dan sebagai compliment kasih pizza. Pisau pun juga kudu minta ya gais. 4. Lantai kamar mandinya licin. Jadi kalo bawa orang tua kudu ati2 banget karena papa saya sempet jatuh di kamar mandi 😭. Dahlah. Tar tambah panjang. Jadi kalo klean bayangin nginep villa 4jt dengan fasilitas lengkap banget-banget. U better not pick up this one.

Overall oke, kamar lucu, fasilitas lengkap seperti hotel pada umumnya, cuma waktu jalan ke taman deket restonya liat kura-kura ditaro dalem kandang dan ngga terawat tanpa air tanpa makanan kasian liatnya, ada beberapa kandang burung juga yang kacanya burem banget, tolong diperbaiki atau diilangin sekalian aja soalnya kasian hewan-hewannya.

Pertama bagian receptionist menelpon kami menawarkan untuk perapihan villa yang kami sewa, lalu kami menjawab boleh dan tolong dirapikan di pukul 14.00 sampai kami tiba lagi di villa yang kami sewa pukul 22.45 tidak ada perapihan sesuai yang dijanjikan bagian receptionist. Kedua bagian receptionist sangat lama dalam tindakan atas kinerja yang menurut saya buruk. 2 balita saya menunggu di ruang tengah dalam keadaan larut malam dan udara dingin sangat rentan terserang penyakit. Terima kasih atas kinerja bagian receptionist yang sangat lamban dalam pengurusan tamu dan tidak sesuai dengan janji yang mereka berikan.
