we stay for 2 nights one of the air con is not working - the bedroom aircon is not working we have to open the door while sleeping - the living room ok after first night, I asked apartment building engineer to fix this, but no action the bathroom floor drain is clogged - then I made some repair myself tamansari lagoon 18-02A

Everything is fine, we are a family happy location close to Carefour shopping, transmart lots of typical Manado food and snacks, beautiful seaside views and there are things that need to be repaired: 1. Poorly maintained bathrooms and soap, shampoo and towels are not provided. 2. Electricity is dead because the electricity token has been reported to management the response is slow 3. Cleanliness is very poor please before guests are all cleaned up swept and dipel floors 4. Almost all TV channels are not good images. That is our experience of an overnight stay at Taman Sari Lagoon apologizing if this review is not pleasing, at least noticing to be even better. Thank you.

I stayed at Tamansari Lagoon, manado room 1707, 2 days from 18 dec '19 to 20 dec '19, and I was not satisfied because the service room was not pleasant, for example, due to electricity using tokens, this morning around 4 morning dead and all facilities in the dark room and until 10 o'clock in the morning just filled token and turn on again. What I hope is that this problem can be fixed, hopefully it won't happen again to other guests, thanks.
